Monthly Stipend:

Post 01- 40000/- Rs plus admissible as per prevailing rules. 

Post 02-  25000/- Rs plus admissible as per prevailing rules.

Age Relaxation:

Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC Candidales. 

Qualification: 

Post 01-  PhD or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Material Science OR Engg./Material M.Tech/ME in Mechanical/Material Science and 03 (Three) years of Science) Research, Teaching or Design & Development experience Preferably in Mechanical/Material Sci. with publication of at least one paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal

Post 02-  Graduation in Chemistry in Ist Division with NET/GATE OR Post Graduation in Chemistry in Ist Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.

Place of Work: TBRL, Range, Ramgarh, Distt. Panchkula (Hariyana)

Note-

• Type written application with complete biodata and attested copies of Mark sheets/Certificates (10th standard onwards), Caste Certificate and Experience certificate, addressed to Director, Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory (TBRL), Sector-30, Chandigarh (UT) should be brought at the time of Walk-in interview alongwith a recent passport-size photograph, duly affixed on the right top corner of the first page of application and a crossed Indian Postal Order amounting to Rs. 10/- drawn in favour of the Director TBRL, Sector-30, Chandigarh (candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC are exempted from this payment). Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Budies should apply through proper channel
• Candidates are requested to bring one Photo Identity Card issued by any Govt Department in original like Aadhar card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID etc. at time of interview
• Desirous candidates appearing for a walk in interview are required to report at TBRL, Chandigarh as per following schedule : 

1. Applications would be accepted up to 1000 hrs on dates mentioned above

2. Initial screening and verification of testimonials would be done between 1000-1100 hrs. on above date of interview

3. Interview of the screened/shortlisted candidates would take place from 1100 hrs. onward.

• candidates will be required to produce all certificates/testimonials in original during interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview 
• This fellowship is purely on temporary basis and maximum tenure of Research Associate is 02 (two years). The offer of Fellowship does not confer any right for absorption in DRDO
• Number of fellowship as indicated above may vary depending on Laboratory requirements
