Education Qualification: 
Post 01: Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
Post 02: 10+2 or equivalent from recognized institutions/Board.

Age Limit and Relaxation:
Post 01: Between 20 to 25 Years as on closing date. Relaxable up to 05 years for SC/ST and upto 03 years for OBC candidates. (Relaxable for Government Servant upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government)
Post 02: 18 to 23 years. Relaxable up to 05 years for SC/ST and upto 03 years for OBC candidates. (Relaxable upto 40 years in the case of departmental candidates) (Cut of date for age will be the 1st August 2017)

Domicile Status: 
The candidates should be citizen of India.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates whose applications are found in order will be put through the following selection procedure
a) Trial Test in sportsevents: Those who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be put through the trial test in the sports event to which he/she belongs. The trial test will be qualifying in nature. This organization will not be responsible for any accident/injury caused to the candidate during the course of trial/test.
b) Proficiency Test: Those who qualified in Trial test will be put up through the Proficiency Test of40 marks. The minimum cut off marks in Proficiency Test for all events /sports will be 20 marks. Those who fail to secure the qualifying marks will be issued rejection slip. Additional marks out of 10 will be given to the candidate having meritorious certificate/achievement in the respective sports event
c) Final Selection: Final Selection of candidates will be made strictly according to merit taking into consideration the performance of the candidates during the course of ProficiencyTest and the achievement/performance of the candidates during the last two years will also be taken into consideration.
d)Medical Examination: The finally selected candidates will be medically examined and their appointment in the CISF would be subject to their fitness in the medical examination as per the instruction issued from time to time.

Pay Scale: 
Post 01: ASI/Exe–Level-5 in the pay matrix 29,200 to 92,300/-(Pre revised Band Pay 5200-20200+ Grade Pay 2800/-) plus usual and admissible allowances to the Central Government employees from time to time.
Post 02: HC/GD- Level- 4 in the pay matrix 25,500 to 81,100/- (Pre revised Band Pay 5200-20200+ Grade Pay 2400/-) plus usual and admissible allowances to the Central Government employees from time to time.
